Knowing something about yourself and actually putting that knowledge into practice are two different things. You can understand why you procrastinate, recognize an unhealthy pattern, know that you can’t control everything, and still find yourself doing the exact same things you’ve always done. Being human is inconvenient that way.
I created these free worksheet packets to help turn reflection into something a little more practical. Each packet focuses on a different part of being human, including identity, relationships and connection, control and uncertainty, happiness and wanting, and fear and failure. The exercises are designed to help you examine your own patterns, beliefs, choices, and experiences rather than simply tell you what you should think or do.
There’s no right way to work through them. You can complete an entire packet, choose the exercises that interest you, use them for journaling and self-reflection, or return to them when a particular area of your life needs attention. Some questions may be easy. Others may make you stop and think longer than you expected. That’s probably where the interesting stuff is.
